This Public Access Link (PAL) portal allows members of the public to access frequently requested records, submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, and check the status of their outstanding request(s).

If you are interested in submitting a new FOIA request to USDA OIG, please visit the USDA OIG portal at the following link: FOIA.gov.  From that website, you will be able to submit a new FOIA request as well as view other relevant information.

If you have a FOIA request that is currently pending with USDA OIG, please be assured that USDA OIG FOIA Staff are continuing to process all requests previously submitted through the PAL.  You can check the current status of your request by clicking on the "Request Status" link at the top of this page.
